Activities:- The
Addo National Elephant Park is fast becoming one of the major
tourist attractions in South Africa. Day and Night drives can
be arranged. The Darlington 4x4 Route through the Zuurberg mountains
offers a great experience for 4x4 enthusiates. ENON - The 200
year old Missionary Station at the foot of the majestic Zuurberg
mountains where the original church, pastorie and outbuilding
of the German missionaries tell the story of a Khoisan community
who survived through bloody border wars and terrible droughts.
Only 5 minutes from Kronenhoff is
the excellent 9 hole Golf Course of the Kirkwood Golf Club. The
famous Daniell Cheetha Breeding Camp is only 10 minutes from Kronenhoff
and is certainly worth a visit. The Sundays River Valley is well
known for the exeptionally high quality Citrus fruit it produces.
Wildlife:- Kronenhoff boarders
the Addo Elephant National Park therefore the big 5 are only a
short game drive away.
Access:- Kronenhoff is situated in Kirkwood,
only 75km from Port Elizabeth and can be reached by road or flight
into PE.
