Accommodation:- River Lodge: Nestled on the banks of the Bushmans River, this 5-star quality Lodge comprises 10 superbly appointed thatched suites. The Lodge, which overhangs the river, offers exclusivity, comfort and spectacular views and apart from wonderful game viewing, unique features include excellent river fishing and crabbing.
Ukhozi Lodge: A luxury Lodge which accommodates 20 guests in 10 superbly appointed suites, each with own plunge pool, with panoramic views from private viewing decks. The Lodge boasts unique African-style lounges, dining area and boma with an outdoor pool. The Homestead: Set in a remote part of the reserve with spectacular views. The Homestead is perfect for a group or family of up to 10 persons, wishing to enjoy a unique safari experience tailored to their own needs.

Activities:- Morning and evening game drives in open vehicles with experienced rangers, where you will enjoy wonderful sightings of lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, hippo, giraffe, zebra and numerous antelope species. Night drives are also very popular and can be arranged. During one of your morning game drives, you will enjoy a memorable cruise down the Kariega River on the “Kariega Queen” and enjoy the tranquillity of nature, whilst viewing the wonderful birdlife and game along the river. For hiking enthusiasts, Kariega’s trails are a must. Walk safely amongst more than 25 species of game and wonderful birdlife on the non-dangerous section of the reserve. Wildlife:- Sanctuary to abundant game and wildlife such as lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, rhino, hippo, hyena, giraffe, zebra, eland, wildebeest, waterbuck and a variety of antelope, as well as a myriad of bird species, including nesting Martial, Crowned and Fish Eagles.
